195 governments have failed to find a solution. Economists offer free markets and cheaper credit. The market is competition. Competition generates winners and losers. In the 3rd millennium, citizens must not be the losers. Global debt and stagnant economies are the result of cheap credit.

Pick a district with a population of 50-100,000. Form teams of experts. Use the latest technology and create a model for producing basic goods and services. These will be agriculture, food, construction, green energy, furniture, household appliances, textiles and footwear, drugstore goods. Also trade, health, education, transport, basic services.

The aim is to minimize human labor, reduce costs and extend the service life of industrial products. Basic needs do not have to be provided by overpriced companies. The cost is used to calculate the basic income of each inhabitant.

The economy will be divided into the provision of basic needs, the creative economy (science, arts, tourism, entertainment, sports, gastronomy, innovative products and services ...) and the import of products and services that cannot be produced in the district.

The model will be updated with the latest findings. Huge resources will be saved to solve recurrent problems.

It is a challenge. Many believe that the state is not a good entrepreneur. Will technology triumph over managers?
